Dramatic Rescue On The River Crouch at Creeksea

Mrs Deb Fairhall was walking her pack of dogs along the river at Creeksea when she caught this dramatic river rescue as it was happening.

Mrs Fairhall said in her statement to the This is Burnham news team that if there hadn't of been a quick rescue effort, she always carries her mobile phone with her just in case of such emergencies.

But admitted she most probably would have phoned her son to get the coastguards number as she still loves her old Nokia which has no access to Google, but as we was chatting she did get her son to enter the coastguards number in for the next time.
